Our Goal
We have been making pickguards since 1981. We want your pickguard to be a perfect fit, both to the body & to the parts you are using.
The Challenge
There are so many variations of the different guitars & their pickguards; sometimes you cannot tell until you try to pin one guard to the other that looks identical, and the differences become apparent. Further, many of the guitars have the guards hand-fitted around the neck, bridge, etc. This makes it necessary for the customer to do some fitting during installation to get a perfect fit or for the screw holes to line up.
What We Need From You
Accuracy is a two-way street. Help us nail the details by providing these critical data points.

01
Identify Your Pattern Number
Browse our extensive library of instrument shapes. Each unique geometry is assigned a specific Pattern Number (e.g., PG-2004).
02
Select Your Color Number
Choose your material. From classic 3-ply Black to rare Boutique Celluloids. Note the Color Number (e.g., #122 Tortoise) carefully.
03
Confirm Screwhole Patterns
The most common pitfall. Double-check your screw count and placement against our technical 1:1 PDFs before finalizing.
04
Tracing Submission (Optional)
If your instrument is rare or custom, you can mail us a physical tracing. We’ll digitize it for a perfect custom fit.
